Solution:

Take the bigger bowl and fill it with water.

Add vinegar in water (apple cider vinegar is the best), on 5 liters of water add 500 milliliters of vinegar.

Stir well the water and vinegar and add the fruits or vegetables.

The water needs to be at room temperature and leave the fruits or vegetables in this mix for about 10-15 minutes.

You can stir it all together a couple of times.

After 10-15 minutes you can take out the fruits or vegetables and wash them with clean water.

You will see the liquor dirty after taking them out. All chemicals, pesticides, dirt and bacteria’s will stay in it. At some types of fruits like strawberry or other similar fruits, this method will enhance their chance of lasting for а couple more days. The same liquor you can use for а couple of times on the same day and after that, you can spoil the water. If you know that the fruits are sprayed you can double the vinegar in the mix.
